HARRIET SHAW FITNESS
Harriet Shaw fitness is run by Christine and Harriet, two instructors who have had many years’ experience within the fitness industry. Their studio is attached to the family home in the heart of Cranleigh village and offers small welcoming classes with a maximum of four students per session. This enables Christine and Harriet to meet their client’s expectations and ensure that exercises are performed correctly and safely. What’s more, the small groups mean that clients get personal attention and exercises can be modified according to ability and specific needs.
The advantage of small groups means that clients can feel comfortable in the knowledge that they are being well looked after, therefore enhancing their exercise programme.
Clients of all ages and abilities are welcome and there are a variety of classes to choose from. If you want a more personal approach to your fitness, then one to one or couple training is also available.
